Repetitive strain injury

Repetitive strain injury or RSI is caused by repeated movement of a body part. This can affect certain areas such as:

  • Shoulders
  • Elbows
  • Forearms and wrists
  • Hands and fingers

 

You will find that your symptoms will start gradually and will eventually progress, some of the most common symptoms of repetitive strain injury are pain (burning/aching/throbbing) stiffness/weakness, muscle cramps and swelling and a tingling sensation.
